RVUTA Stipends
It is important to remember that our union leaders are elected to take on the responsibilities of their position in service of our members IN ADDITION to their certificated employment responsibilities. While these stipends are intended to offset the additional hours our leaders and representatives put in on our behalf, we recognize that this compensation does not begin to cover the hours of service and dedication required of the positions.
